Vegas Vacation pictures galore

We had a great time in Vegas, although our money seemed to have a better time and it decided to stay.

Greg and I took a great side trip out to Hoover Dam and got some great shots. I've even combined a few of them into a panoramic shot.

After Hoover Dam, we headed up Lake Shore Drive along Lake Mead. Another cool panoramic combination of shots from one of the scenic stops along that drive as well.

Last stop on the side trip was the Valley of Fire. First shot is of a petirified log, and the remaining shots show the red rock formations that give the valley its name, as well as a few shots showing some of the ancient glyphs that can be found throughout the area.

Vegas itself was very cool. First shot is of Deb, Greg, and Jason in the back of the limo heading into town. Next three photos show the strip slowly rising out of the desert from the side trip we took on Saturday. Then its the Stratosphere tower and several pictures from the top of the tower. Lots of fun!

You can hunt down the full size images for these photos if you want. They can be found in the subfolders in http://abpo.homedns.org/images/vegas/
But be forewarned, they are big files.

Also, if you are interested in the application I used to create the panoramas, you can find it here:
