Pictures from Kate's first walk....

As promised here are some pictures from Kate's walking adventure. I embedded it as a slideshow so you can get a feel for her moves. :-) First she plows towards Owen, and then a couple turns with Patrick. Finally its time to have another run at Owen. The best part of all of these is the combined look of determination and joy....in other words, a giant grin with her tongue hanging out. Enjoy!

Kate finally cuts loose and walks

Kate came up to me tonite and handed me her shoes and held her feet up. Apparently, those crocs were made for walking cause she decided tonite was a good night to step on out and walk.

While she had fun walking to mommy and even daddy, she was cracking up walking to the boys and starting her own game of tackle!

Walkin in the circle

Kate is getting awfully brave hanging with the big kids in the circle. She's even playing with the idea of letting go and just taking off but not quite.
